4-13 month leases.
Is the community pet-friendly?
Yes- A maximum of 2 pets per apartment is permitted with written authorization by management $350 for one pet & an additional $150 for the 2nd pet. Breed Restrictions apply to Pit Bull/Terrier/Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Spitz and Akita or any mix of those breeds. Additional breed or weight restrictions may apply.
Are utilities included in the rent?
No- Residents are responsible for the payment of water and electricity.
Is parking included?
Parking included- street parking.
Are the apartments furnished?
No.
How close is the property to local attractions or downtown?
Parkway Apartments is close to amusement parks, hiking trails, and plenty of dining options. Nearby hotspots include: James-York Plaza, Colonial Williamsburg merchants square, Busch Gardens, Golden Horseshoe Golf Club, and Le Yaca French Restaurant.
